If Your Child Loves Tangerines, You Have to Make This Smoothie

My daughter can't get enough of tangerines. They're tart, fun to eat, and also so good for you. Blend them together with carob and vanilla yogurt into a smoothie that's beyond good yet still healthy for you.

Creamy Tangerine Dream Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 tangerine, peeled
    • 1 tablespoon carob nibs
    • 1 banana
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
    • 1/4 cup Fruit Punch Juicy Juice

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.

    2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
