Stop slathering peanut butter and jelly over boring bread and bake a batch of stuffed crescent rolls that make for a week's worth of easy lunches. It's such a simple recipe and you can tailor the bites to fit with your child's profile — like going with mostly peanut butter and less jelly. And it's a kid-friendly dish that your child can help make, too.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Crescent Rolls

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 package refrigerator crescent rolls
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup jelly

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF.

    2. Remove one of the section of dough and add a spoonful of peanut butter and then top with jelly at the wide base of the triangle. Roll up the dough with the filling and then tuck the corners once finished. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

    3. Continue rolling until finished then place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

    4. Let cool before serving. Store remaining peanut butter and jelly rolls in a plastic zip-top bag in the refrigerator.
