These Teachers Pull Off the Greatest Back-to-School Welcome We've Ever Seen

Kids aren't the only ones who wished they had one more day before going back to school. Teachers feel the same way! During a district-wide welcome back meeting in West Des Moines, IA, teachers broke out in a flash mob singing "One More Day" from Les Miserables in an unsuspecting move.

One by one they marched toward the stage — some waving flags and throwing crayons in the air — belting out lyrics like, "One more day all on my own / Do we know the Common Core? No more time for preparation / Will my lessons be a bore?" with some surprisingly beautiful voices (supposedly less than 12 of the participants are actually music teachers!).

The entire performance went off without a hitch and it's most likely because the staff came to school voluntarily in June and July to rehearse. We have to say, these are some pretty cool (and dedicated) teachers! "Do you hear the school bells ring?"
