Let's Hear It For These Sweet Dads Who Play Barbie With Their Daughters

"Sundays are always football," a dad states at the start of this touching video, adding, "Now that gets interrupted with a little Barbie time." A recent Barbie commercial highlights dads who use the classic doll to spend time with their daughters, all the while nourishing their creativity and promoting individuality.

Interspersed with shots of various dads playing Barbie with their daughters were heartwarming testimonies. At one point, one of the dads said, "I think she can be anything she wants to be . . . or all of them." In another moment, a dad started to tear up as he said, "You would do anything, anything to make her happy."

At press time, the video currently has over 47,000 views on YouTube. In the comments section, some people added to the conversation by saying they would have appreciated seeing little boys in the commercial too; however, people mostly appreciated its sweet message.
