Longtime Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson said she was fired from the network on Wednesday, filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against Roger Ailes (the cable channel's CEO) the very same day. While her lawsuit mainly focuses on Ailes's alleged career sabotage and professional mistreatment of Carlson after she refused his sexual advances, the suit also references the "sexist and condescending" way Carlson's Fox & Friends cohost Steve Doocy treated her, according to USA Today.

Carlson, a Stanford graduate, appeared on Fox for over a decade before leaving the network — and that decade was riddled with some pretty awful sexist remarks made toward her on air. In this compilation from Bloomberg Politics, you can see Carlson grinning and bearing it while being repeatedly objectified by her male colleagues about her looks.

Try to hold back your eye-rolling for the two minutes of this Fox & Friends footage that's gone viral with more than a million views, because it's important to recognize the sort of everyday sexism that women face in their workplaces, even when it's broadcast across the entire country.
