Louis C.K. Is Voting For Hillary Clinton Because She's a Mom, and Moms "Take Care of Sh*t"

In a memorable appearance on Conan, Louis C.K. explained why he's voting for Hillary Clinton in his characteristically ridiculous and honest way.

After Conan O'Brien asked him to explain his reason for supporting the Democratic candidate in the upcoming election, Louis said, "To me, it's really exciting to have the first mother in the White House. It's not about the first woman; it's about the first mom. A mother, she's got it. A mother just does it. She feeds you and teaches you. She protects you. She takes care of sh*t."

Louis then hilariously explained why the US's history of male presidents might not have worked out. He said, "We've had 240 years of fathers. . . . A great father can give his kid 40 percent of his needs, tops. Any mother — just a sh*t mother, a not-even-trying mother — 200 percent. Mothers do too much." He elaborated by saying, "We need just a tough b*tch mother who nobody likes."

The interview did get a little uncomfortable when Louis compared Donald Trump's ability to take criticism to Clinton's. "This guy, every time he's criticized, everything stops and he makes everybody pay. That's not how it works," he said. "We need somebody who can take abuse. Hillary Clinton can take abuse. She's been taking it and taking it. We've been hazing her. We've been holding her down and spitting in her mouth and yelling at her . . . and she just keeps working."

While some people might get offended by the comedian's explanation, fans of his comedy will recognize that it was pretty typical, considering his particularly candid and bold sense of humor.
