Petfinder Celebrates 20th Anniversary With Heart-Melting #MetOnPetfinder Stories

More than 25 million cats, dogs, birds (you name it, really) have found a home through Petfinder, the adoptable pet search engine, over the past 20 years. To celebrate this incredible milestone, Petfinder is launching the #MetOnPetfinder campaign to "inspire a new generation of pet lovers – just like you – to adopt." The site even created a sweet video that tells the stories of humans who met their perfect match on Petfinder, including a tearjerking story about a Marine who found his dog through the service. If the video is viewed 1 million times by Oct. 24, a $200,000 donation will be granted to the Petfinder Foundation to help shelters and animal rescues across the country.
