Mail carrier Jeff Kramer is not one of those stereotypical mailmen who is afraid of dogs. In fact, he loves them. One of the dogs on his mail route, Tashi, is a good pal of Kramer's and frequently comes out to meet him for pets. Tashi, however, is getting on in age and struggles to make it up and down his house's steps. Kramer couldn't bear the thought of Tashi not being able to come meet him, though, so he gave the family a ramp that he had at his own house for a senior dog he once had.
