Organic often has a much better flavor. I agree with Bernadette just purchase less of the Organic Item if you think it may Spoil before you use it. Often at my Grocery they run specials on Organic Produce and the Price Rivals that of Non-Organic Produce.

I HATE the taste and texture of Bread that has been refrigerated. The Freezer is another matter altogether. It adds moisture to bread and enhances the flavor.

This was not a very useful article, and the tip on don't buy organic is the stupidest thing ever, maybe buy less at a time if you find you are not going thru it but don't buy organic becuase it spolies faster is just stuipid.

what is the source for the recommendation to store bread in the fridge? Everything I have read is that studies show bread will go stale faster in the fridge because the moisture is pulled out.
