Disneyland Fans, This New Hotel News Is HUGE

If you're looking for a place to stay while visiting Disneyland in California, you'll definitely want to book a spot at Disneyland Resort's new four-diamond luxury hotel. The Walt Disney Company announced on June 7 that the proposed hotel will join the city of Anaheim's two other Four Diamond hotels, the Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa.

"We are excited about our proposal to build the first Disneyland Resort hotel in nearly 20 years," said a Disneyland Resort representative. "This new flagship hotel would create thousands of jobs and benefit Anaheim with more than $750 million in additional tax revenue over the next four decades."

The 700-room hotel will have a rooftop restaurant (that overlooks Sleeping Beauty's Castle) and a huge outdoor swimming pool. Another major plus is that the hotel is located behind Rainforest Cafe and ESPN Zone, which means you won't have to do as much walking or driving to and from your destinations. Although Disney has only proposed the plans and no actual construction has started, the renderings of the new flagship luxury hotel will convince you to book a stay there ASAP.
