Chuck Rundown: Episode Eight, "Chuck vs. The Gravitron" Revenge can be sweet, can't it? On this week's Chuck, we find out what happens to you when you break a guy's heart, sleep with his best friend, turn up later to profess your love, and wind up being a government spy. (Short answer: nothing good.)

TV Tonight: Chuck The last time we saw Chuck Bartowski, he was in a fancy convertible, wind in his hair, heading down a Southern California freeway with his once and future girlfriend by his side. Sweet, right? Yeah . . . except that Jill's actually a devious (and possibly murderous) rogue spy who's after the computer's worth of secrets crammed into Chuck's brain.

Chuck Rundown: Episode Four, "Chuck vs. the Cougars" When I first saw the title of this week's Chuck, I assumed it would have something to do with a hot older woman (the return of Melinda Clarke's character, perhaps?). Instead, this turned out to be the much-anticipated episode that sent Chuck and Sarah back to Sarah's high school, with a mission involving Sarah's teenage nemesis (Nicole Richie).

Nicole Richie makes her long-awaited guest appearance as a high school acquaintance of Sarah's, and all signs point to it being awesome

Chuck Rundown: Episode Three, "Chuck Vs. The Break-Up" In this week's episode of Chuck, both Chuck and Morgan confront bullies who challenge their (already limited) authority and make them feel "so damn small." Of course, in Chuck's case, it's not just pride that's at stake as he once again goes up against his nemesis — it's the safety of the free world. No pressure.
