Because, aside from the desire to avoid the excruciating boredom that comes with watching professional football, I want to protect my bowels from the harm that BBQ wings, hot wings, plain wings, BBQ rib tips, and broccoli with cheese sauce will do. Ouch.

I've never been to Pittsburgh, home of the Super Bowl champion Steelers. But I have been to Giordano Brothers, the West Coast version of Pittsburgh's famous Primanti Brothers sandwich chain. Founded in the 1930s, Primanti Brothers originally catered to truckers on the go with sandwiches encompassing a side of french fries and coleslaw between two slices of bread.

Super Bowl Sunday is a tradition for me and my fam. Last Sunday, we got together and watched the two top teams duke it out for the top jock prize. It was all about spending quality time and eating tasty food — thanks to Yum's delicious Super Bowl recipes.

What's sadder: That comedian Amy Borkowsky came up with the idea to raise $3 million to buy a 30-second Super Bowl ad to snag a man or that, as the folks at Deadspin put it, she fell short by about $2,993,795? I'll give you a couple more options below. (Click here to read more.)

Every year at game time, advertisers commit millions of dollars for 30 short seconds of commercial airtime. They have a guaranteed audience of Super Bowl viewers, and the expensive ads have come to be a part of the overall tradition — people often talk as much about the ads the next day as the game's outcome. What do you think, are they worth their weight in ad dollars?

Jennifer Hudson — singing her heart out at the Super Bowl — shows us how to dress both sporty and sultry. She's ahead of the fashion game wearing the jacket of the season, the little drummer jacket, and she incorporated rich gold through the rest of her look via Sigerson Morrison's dramatic gladiator wedges and twisted gold jewelry. Sing it sister!

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson headed to Tampa to hit up a few Super Bowl parties on Friday night. The evening began with work for Samantha, who DJed a bash for ESPN, but later it was DJ AM who provided the tunes at the Maxim event she and Lindsay went to with Joel and Benji Madden. Like their last trip to Florida, drama followed.

Jennifer Hudson made her return to showbiz last night by performing the American national anthem at the Super Bowl. She wore a military ensemble including a jacket by Alexander McQueen (also worn by Beyonce Knowles). She picked up the gold button detailing with chunky gold jewellery, teaming the jacket with a pair of treggings, a long white tee and gladiator style sandals.

Yesterday the Steelers took the Super Bowl title in an exciting game full of fun commercials, awesome trailers and many performances. Faith Hill opened up the show with "America the Beautiful" and then Jennifer Hudson belted out the Star Spangled Banner beautifully while Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band rocked the stadium during halftime — love it or leave it? Of course, before the big event there were lots of parties to attend.

Last night at the Sixth Annual Leather And Laces Celebration after the Super Bowl in Florida, sexy celebrities Carmen Electra and Kim Kardashian battled the red carpet donning the same hairdo. This modern take on the half up, half down look, where just a section at the top of the crown gets pinned back, is one of Carmen's favourites (she wore it this way on her wedding day). I love it too, as it's a practical way to keep your hair out of your eyes, but still maintain an all-down appearance.
