Not only did cosplayer Risa Chan nail the hilarious meme down to every detail, but she also did it super last minute. On Imgur, she explained:
I had an epiphany at 1:00am to be the "This is Fine Dog" and pulled together the costume the next day. I used a Chewbacca onesie from Target and modified it to be a dog onesie by adding the ears and the tummy. Meme reference is complete with the flames, speech bubble, and top hat.
