This Viral Challenge Is About to Take Over Your Social Media Feed

Remember when you couldn't get on social media without seeing another friend or celebrity undertaking the #IceBucketChallenge? Get ready for another viral social campaign driven by a great cause — the #GiveThem20 challenge.

Here's how it works: you do 20 push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, or another move of your choice to show your support for veterans who have served our country, and then you challenge two friends to do it and post to social media. The campaign was started by American Corporate Partners, a nonprofit that focuses on helping men and women build their careers once they're no longer on active duty. Celebrities and noncelebs have already started the movement and begun challenging others. Watch Jimmy Kimmel, Carson Daly, and more people show their support by dropping and giving 20.

Jon Stewart was one of the first celebrities to get the challenge going. After doing 20 push-ups for the "Daily Show Veteran Immersion team," he called out the New York Mets, who then did 20 jumping jacks and challenged "native New Yorker and lifelong Mets fan Jimmy Kimmel."

Carson Daly also got creative and opted for "kid curls" instead of push-ups.
