A Sanrio-Themed Menu Is Coming to This LA Restaurant and We're SO Excited About It

Are you a bit over just how much attention Hello Kitty receives while the rest of her friends barely get any face time? Well, one LA restaurant is changing that with a limited-edition menu dedicated to Chococat and Pompompurin.

Plan Check Kitchen + Bar is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Chococat and Pompompurin at its three locations in LA. The prix fixe menu, which costs $39 and comes with a limited-edition hat, has five specialty dishes: a mac and cheese, togarashi potato chips, a Pompompurin grilled sausage sandwich, a Chococat cookie, and a vanilla cream soda. Did you just plan a road trip to LA after reading that? It's OK, who wouldn't?

The menu is only available from June 10 to July 10, so fans will have about a month to get their grub on. One of the best parts? The restaurant is donating a portion of the proceeds to LA Love & Leashes, a dedicated adoption space run by the Friends of LA Animal Shelters.
