Maya Jama Just Got Real About Facial Hair Removal

"Love Island" host Maya Jama shared a behind-the-scenes look at some of the steps in her beauty prep routine on her Instagram. Namely: facial hair removal. On July 26, the TV presenter posted a carousel of gorgeous images in a black leather dress. The halter-neck number showed plenty of sideboob, as the MIJ Masks founder showcased her new candle lights hair color.

But at the end of her carousel, Jama posed for a real AF mirror selfie with hair removal cream on her upper lip. "Changed my hair ft Nair," she wrote in the caption. Fans quickly flocked to the comments to dub Jama as the "realest" for breaking down taboos when it comes to women's self-care routines. "Lifetime of Nair pending," said one follower, while another said: "The last pic!!! You're a real sort!"

The TV host has been praised for her down-to-earth approach in her professional and personal life. Despite being a British Vogue cover girl, she's also the face of affordable beauty brand Rimmel London. We love that Jama is keeping it real for her followers. Removing facial hair is perfectly normal (as is choosing to leave it there).
