Lili Reinhart is no stranger to keeping it real about her beauty struggles. The Riverdale sensation recently opened up about her adult acne, and just when we thought we couldn't love her any more, she spilled her makeup favorites in a Vogue tutorial.
"Anyone else eat Chinese food in the bathroom?" Reinhart asked as she demonstrated her everyday makeup routine (which she also suggests is the perfect look for eating wontons). Noted. In the tutorial, she broke down how she covers her blemishes, sculpts her cheekbones, and makes her eyes pop.
Reinhart used a variety of cult-favorite products, and her entire routine totaled more than $300. Though on the more ep side, her finished look is a vibrant, natural face that we'd easily wear every single day. Ahead you'll find all the Betty-approved beauty products used in the tutorial so you, too, can can look fabulous while eating fried wontons — check them out ahead.
Reinhart kept it candid about covering her breakouts with makeup. "I'm gonna go in and cover my zits. My skin breaks out all the time, whether I'm filming or not," she shared. She dabbed Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat Radiant Touch ($38) on her blemishes to conceal them.
When it came time to contour, she reached for Nars Yachiyo Kabuki Brush ($55), which can be used to blend and diffuse color all over the face.
To sculpt her face, she swept on a taupe Make Up For Ever Sculpt Powder ($23) along her cheekbones and dusted blush on the apples of her cheeks.
Like most of us, Reinhart has been guilty of overtweezing her eyebrows. "I used to pluck all these hairs right here, which I learned was a big mistake," she said pointing to the inner corner of her brows. To fill in sparse areas she used Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo ($23).
For eyes, she opted for an "all-over natural color." To achieve that look, she used Stila's Eyes Are the Window palette ($49).
To volumize her lashes, Reinhart applied cult favorite Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara ($14).
She blended Nars The Multiple ($39) "wherever the light naturally hits," to create subtle highlight.
She used Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Microfinishing Loose Powder ($36) to finish her look. "I don't feel complete without my loose powder," she said.
When it came to lips, Reinhart swept on MAC Satin Lipstick in Brave ($19) to complement her natural lip color.
