Adele drove around London with the Late Late Show host in January, and it was more than we could have hoped for. In addition to revealing that she changes people's lives while she's drunk, she also busted out her rap skills while channeling Nicki Minaj.

Adele made a triumphant return to the Grammys this year, but while we still think she rocked her performance, she did experience some technical difficulties. But instead of ignoring the awkward moment, Adele totally owned it, proving that she handles embarrassing situations just like us. "I cried pretty much all day," she told Ellen DeGeneres. We feel you, girl.

Before Leonardo DiCaprio finally won his first Oscar for his role in The Revenant, the world was collectively rooting for him to take home the golden statue, and that included Adele. The singer wished him luck by posting a photo on Twitter of herself standing on the infamous Titanic steps, referencing his iconic role as Jack Dawson in the 1997 film.

After Beyoncé released her mind-blowing album Lemonade in April, fans and celebrities alike lost their minds. Adele showered Queen Bey with love when she posted a photo of herself hugging a cardboard cutout of the "Formation" singer on Instagram. "I'm not late on this I've just been speechless," she wrote in the caption. "Beyoncé is the most inspiring person I've ever had the pleasure of worshipping. Her talent, beauty, grace and work ethic are all in a league of their own. I appreciate you so much! Thank god for Beyoncé X."

During her show in Belfast, Northern Ireland, in March, Adele helped one fan pull off the Irish tradition of leap year, which means women can forego gender norms and propose to their boyfriends on leap day. After bringing the couple up on stage, the woman popped the question. "He said maybe in a little while," the woman revealed, to which Adele responded, "You have to say a proper yes, bruv!" The lucky man then happily accepted.

Even Adele eats dirty burgers sometimes. After the singer brought a fan on stage during her show at the Glastonbury Festival in the UK in June, she accidentally belched while snapping a photo. "Oh my God, I just burped!" she shouted before laughing. "I'll see you later, Maria."

Adele proved just how hilarious she is when she participated in Ellen's hidden camera prank in February. After Ellen hooked her up with an earpiece, the singer walked into a Jamba Juice while the host secretly told her what to say. Hint: she starts off by yelling, "Hello from the outside!"

During her concert in London in March, the star wasn't shy about showing off some of her best moves when she twerked on stage.

During the Seattle stop of her 25 world tour in July, Adele spotted local drag queen Kristie Champagne (real name Kristopher Zello) dressed up as her in the crowd. After he revealed he impersonates her twice a week at Seattle's Le Faux Show, they snapped a quick photo together. "You look so amazing, oh, my gosh," Adele said. "I actually really like that dress. Let's switch!"

While performing in Italy in May, Adele urged a woman in the audience who was filming the entire show to put her camera down and enjoy the concert in real time. "Can you take your tripod down?" the singer asked. "This isn't a DVD, this is a real show. I'd really like you to enjoy my show because there's lots of people outside that couldn't come in." Preach.

In the middle of belting out her hits in Manchester, England, in May, Adele had a tiny brain fart when she flubbed the lyrics to "Million Years Ago." But in true Adele style, she addressed her mistake in the funniest way possible. "Sh*t, wrong words! Sh*t, sh*t, sh*t," she said with a laugh. "I started singing the chorus. Sorry!"

During her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in February, the star recorded the host's outgoing voicemail message by spoofing her hit song "Hello." One word: chills.

During her concert in Manchester in March, the singer made 12-year-old Emily Tammam's dreams come true when she invited her on stage to perform. Emily, who has autism, ADHD, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a disorder that affects skin, joints, and blood vessels, then showed off her beautiful voice while singing "Someone Like You" with the superstar.

While we all thought Heidi Klum was the queen of Halloween, Adele swiftly knocked the model off that throne this year. The singer showed off her elaborate costume as Jim Carrey's character in the 1994 classic comedy The Mask, and to say it was amazing is definitely an understatement.

The singer and her crew participated in the Mannequin Challenge, which requires people to freeze in the middle of whatever they're doing and hold that pose for as long as they can, in November. Is there anything she can't do?
