Beyoncé Knowles held on tight to her daughter, Blue, as she stepped out in NYC on Thursday. The duo was bundled up against the chilly weather, while dad Jay Z kept warm on his own after a business meeting across town. It's already been an exciting year for the family of three, who rang in 2014 in Miami and recently shared celebratory snaps of the festivities. They also marked Blue's second birthday earlier this month by renting out a zoo and dining at an Italian restaurant in Florida. It hasn't been just about fun for Beyoncé, though, since she got serious about equality for women in an essay written for the Shriver Report this week.
