On Monday, she took to social media to post a ridiculously cute picture of their family beach day, writing, "Happy birthday my love! We're so blessed to have you in our lives. Thank you for always giving us so much love. We love you! #love #family." In the sweet snap, Gisele and Tom Brady are kissing while their kids are on their shoulders, also kissing each other. Gisele's thoughtful birthday message comes just a couple weeks after Tom's cute birthday wishes for Gisele: "Happy Birthday to the Love of my Life. The best is yet to come," he said.
