Tom, who played Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter series, turned 28 on Tuesday, and the author took to Twitter to share a sweet message. She tweeted, "Happy birthday to .@TomFelton, the nicest bad guy ever xxx." Of course, this isn't the first time the Harry Potter family has exchanged sweet social media shout-outs. Earlier this year, J.K. Rowling had a hilarious response to Matthew Lewis's shirtless spread, and he followed it up with a heartfelt, thoughtful birthday message for the author, thanking her for changing his life.
