Kanye West Surprised Kim Kardashian With Giant Flowers and a Pianist For Her Birthday

Kim Kardashian is truly impressed with her birthday surprise from Kanye West. The reality TV star, who celebrates her 38th birthday on Oct. 21, received ginormous hanging floral arrangements the day before, courtesy of her husband.

Kanye sent his well wishes to "stunning" Kim via Twitter and wrote, "I will keep trying to make things that can express how beautiful you are inside and out and how much I love you and our family."

But the 41-year-old rapper didn't just stop at the flowers. He also sent along a pianist to serenade Kim and the rest of the family. Kim was a big fan of the gifts, and shared snaps of the arrangements on her Instagram Story, calling Kanye the "most creative."
