Leighton Meester Makes Her First Red Carpet Appearance Since Having Her Baby

Leighton Meester is back and looking better than ever. The Gossip Girl alum made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth to her daughter, Arlo Day, when she attended the Fox Upfronts presentation in New York City on Monday. Not only did Leighton, who married Adam Brody in 2014 and welcomed Arlo in August 2015, promote her new show, Making History, but she also looked amazing as she smiled for the cameras. Looks like the Queen B is back!
