Patrick Dempsey has been in the spotlight for more than 30 years now, but we still can't get over how handsome he is. The 50-year-old actor first stole hearts with his roles in movies like Can't Buy Me Love, Mobsters, and Loverboy, but it wasn't until he became Dr. Derek Shepherd on Grey's Anatomy that our hearts really started pumping. Aside from his impressive acting career, Patrick is a devoted family man; he's been married to his wife, Jillian Fink, since 1999 (they briefly split last year), and is father to kids Talula, Sullivan, and Darby. Cheers to many more years of being able to stare into those McDreamy eyes!
