You don't have to be sporty to be in the royal family, but it helps. Although William is a whizz on the ski slopes and Kate has proven that she can play cricket in heels, Prince Harry may possibly be the sportiest member of the crew. From trekking through the Antarctic and showing some nifty skills in a table tennis match to taking part in a barefoot rugby game and competing in a charity race, the fit young prince has honed his physique trying his hand at pretty much everything.

Harry went on a charity hike with wounded ex-soldiers in September 2015.
