Prince Harry and Meghan Markle love musicals just as much as you do. After recently returning from their jam-packed trip to Morocco, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made sure to take some much-needed time to themselves this weekend by stepping out for a date night in London to watch Tina: The Musical.

An official Twitter account for Tina: The Musical revealed news of the outing. According to royal commentator Omid Scobie, Meghan and Harry's visit on March 2 was private and unexpected, and the parents-to-be "thoroughly enjoyed themselves" during their night out. The musical tells the life story of Tina Turner, and its lead actress Adrienne Warren mentioned in a tweet that the royal couple were actually cashing in on a promise they made to come and see the show back in November, after Warren performed for them at the Royal Variety Performance.

"They said they'd come and they did," Warren said. "Thank you to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. It was an honour to have the opportunity to perform for you again!" This definitely wouldn't be the couple's first time being spotted out at a production. One of the first times Meghan and Harry stepped out together publicly was at a performance of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time in late 2016.
