Rachel Bilson Gives Birth to a Baby Girl — Find Out Her Adorable Name!

Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen are officially parents! The couple welcomed a baby girl, whom they named Briar Rose, Us Weekly confirms. The name is a nod to the 1959 Disney animated film Sleeping Beauty; the three fairies sheltering Princess Aurora from Maleficent's curse called the little girl Briar Rose.

It's the first child for Hayden and Rachel, who have been dating since 2007, when they met on the set of Jumper. While they never officially confirmed Rachel's pregnancy, her baby bump was on display throughout the year, including multiple outings around LA as well as the couple's nearly monthlong Caribbean vacation over the Summer. Rachel's Hart of Dixie costar Jaime King recently opened up to Us Weekly about Rachel's recent baby shower and how the new baby will affect her role on the CW show, saying, "We shot faster because of Rachel's pregnancy," adding, "We shot until the day before. And she's taking her full maternity." Congrats to Rachel and Hayden on their new bundle of joy!
