It's that time of year in TV known as midseason, when we start getting a few new series from the networks. While there aren't nearly as many shows as came out earlier in the Fall, there are plenty of promising ones about to debut. We've got your guide to them all, so see what fresh new stuff basic and premium cable are offering over the next couple of months.

- Who's starring: Tricia Helfer
- What it's about: A hardened female Texas ranger knocks out cases while her male co-workers watch on, waiting for her to fail.

- Who's starring: Josh Holloway, Marg Helgenberger, and Meghan Ory
- What it's about: Holloway plays a government associate with a powerful microchip in his brain. To keep the live wire under control, he's issued an agent to watch over him (Ory).

- Who's starring: Sophia Bush, Jason Beghe, and Elias Koteas
- What it's about: The Chicago police will stop at nothing to take down the criminals of the city.

Enlisted
- Who's starring: Geoff Stults, Chris Lowell, and Parker Young
- What it's about: Three brothers who are in the military together goof off on their Florida base in this comedy.

- Who's starring: Greg Kinnear and Miranda Otto
- What it's about: Kinnear plays a sexy DA whose gambling addiction and poor personal choices complicate his already-messy life.

Star-Crossed
- Who's starring: Aimee Teegarden and Matt Lanter
- What it's about: Emery (Teegarden) is involved in a strong, dangerous romance with a boy from an alien species, creating a Romeo-and-Juliet-style struggle in a world where humans look down on the alien people.

- Who's starring: Blake Lee and Vanessa Lengies
- What it's about: Two friends throw their pal back into the dating scene in New York City, where he encounters a variety of women.

Resurrection
- Who's starring: Omar Epps, Frances Fisher, and Kurtwood Smith
- What it's about: The deceased residents of a small town in Missouri start showing up alive, starting with an 8-year-old boy.

Mind Games
- Who's starring: Christian Slater and Steve Zahn
- What it's about: Brothers with checkered pasts head up a team of psychological manipulators for hire.

The 100
- Who's starring: Eliza Taylor, Paige Turco, Thomas McDonell, Eli Goree, and Marie Avgeropoulos
- What it's about: After a nuclear Armageddon, three generations of humans have been living in a space station society. Now they are returning to Earth, and the 100 young people responsible for the race's survival have never stepped foot on the planet.

Friends With Better Lives
- Who's starring: James Van Der Beek, Brooklyn Decker, Zoe Lister-Jones, and Kevin Connolly
- What it's about: The last single person in a group of friends (Lister-Jones) laments her status when her friend (Decker) gets engaged. Meanwhile, everyone else in the group wonders if their friends have it better.

Gang Related
- Who's starring: Terry O'Quinn, RZA, and Ramon Rodriguez
- What it's about: The LAPD's gang task force tracks down the city's most dangerous gangs while one of the cops has ties to one of the gangs.
