Avril Lavigne released her "Hello Kitty" music video today, and it's already causing controversy. Avril seems to have shed her old punk-rock persona and moved on to what we can only refer to as a mixture of J-pop and electronic music. The video is flowing with sensory overload, from the candy-shop shots and the bizarrely stoic backup dancers to Avril's constant waving and hip-shaking. Don't feel like watching?
