Elizabeth Banks Throws the Mother of All Tantrums on the Set of Power Rangers as Rita Repulsa

If you thought seeing Elizabeth Banks done up in her Effie Trinket makeup in The Hunger Games was trippy, then her role as Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers villain Rita Repulsa just might blow your mind. The actress ditched her blond hair for a bright-green ponytail on set of the reboot in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on Monday, where she also donned green armor, terrifyingly lifelike facial prosthetics, and a massive, golden sceptor. Rita Repulsa is a powerful, sarcastic witch and one of the Power Rangers' most feared villains, so it'll be exciting to see how Banks interprets the role.
