How the Original Ghostbusters Stars Make Cameos in the New Movie

Ghostbusters gets a reboot this week with a fearless and funny all-female cast, but despite its new edges, the movie pays plenty of homage to the original '80s franchise. In fact, just about every major star from the classic cast makes an appearance in cameo roles (except for Harold Ramis, of course, who died in 2014). If you get too distracted by Chris Hemsworth's muscles, you may need a little guide to make sure you don't miss them. Here's how the OGs (original ghostbusters, of course) like Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson show up in the new movie.
Bill Murray
The ghostbusting badass who played Dr. Peter Venkman in the original plays an ironic role as Martin Heiss, who devotes his life to debunking ghost phenomena.
Sigourney Weaver
You have to wait until the end of the movie, but Weaver pops up as Rebecca Gorin, the mentor to Kate McKinnon's character.
Dan Aykroyd
Unlike Dr. Raymond Stantz, Aykroyd's character in the reboot is indeed afraid of ghosts as a cabbie.
Ernie Hudson
Hudson also has a cameo that doesn't show up until the end of the movie but has a great payoff: he's the funeral-home owning uncle of Leslie Jones's character.
Annie Potts
Potts, who made an indelible impression as the original crew's receptionist, plays a no-nonsense front desk clerk at a haunted hotel.
