The weather is growing colder, and the days are getting shorter, but we do have some good news: Ryan Murphy's long-awaited series, The Politician, is finally premiering. Of course, that's not the only exciting series hitting Netflix this September. You can also expect to see a new David Tennant-led crime drama, a harrowing true-story drama starring Kaitlyn Dever and Toni Collette, and a chilling thriller series that basically looks like Fyre Fest gone wrong (like, even more wrong than it already went). As well as new series, we'll be seeing the return of some of old favorites, like Elite and Disenchantment, and we never thought we'd be so excited for September to start.
This Netflix drama returns to continue the story of three working-class teens who are displaced by an earthquake and enrolled in the most exclusive school in Spain, where the clash between the classes erupts into a battle that eventually turns fatal. In the wake of Mariana's death, season two will follow Samuel's fight to get justice for Nano.

It's hard to imagine Sacha Baron Cohen playing a serious role, but you'll get your chance to see it firsthand soon enough. He stars in this miniseries as Israel's real-life top Mossad spy Eli Cohen, following his years undercover inside Syria in the 1960s.

Japan's Real World-esque reality TV phenomenon will return for a seventh installment, following six housemates living under one roof in Tokyo as they go to work, make dinner together, and generally act far more well-behaved than any Real World cast members ever have. In the seventh installment of this comedy show, Colt (Ashton Kutcher) tries to make amends with Abby (Elisha Cuthbert) while former soldier Luke (Dax Shepard) seeks his family's forgiveness, and Beau (Sam Elliott) deals with the struggles of getting older.

Inspired by real-life events, this drama miniseries revolves around a teenager (played by Kaitlyn Dever) charged with lying about her sexual assault and the two female detectives (played by Toni Collette and Merritt Wever) who must investigate to find out the truth. Danielle Macdonald is also set to appear, though we don't know any details about her role yet.

Though comprised of 12 stories set in four different countries (France, Spain, Germany, and the UK), all the drama of this ambitious police interrogation series takes place within a police interview suite, and we have a feeling that things going to get pretty intense in there.

This adult animated comedy from The Simpsons and Futurama creator Matt Groening is coming back for a second installment, continuing the story of alcoholic princess Bean as she tries to restore her father's kingdom with the help of her elf sidekick and personal demon.

If you miss the days of MTV's Pimp My Ride, then you'll love this car-makeover series, which is returning for a second season. However, rather than adding spinners and TV screens, this series adds massive modifications to ordinary cars, allowing them to challenge expensive supercars in races.

Based on the 2015 espionage novel of the same name by Bilal Siddiqui, this Indian spy thriller revolves around an excommunicated RAW agent who must face his demons and return to Balochistan after he is recruited to rescue four captured RAW agents on a covert mission.

The third season of this Argentine drama will continue the story of Luna, the daughter of the powerful judge who was kidnapped by a gang in the first season, with ex-cop Juan Pablo "Diosito" Borges infiltrating a tough prison in order to get answers about the kidnapping.
