Outlander finally premiered Saturday night on Starz, and it was everything we could have asked for. Equal parts romance and fantasy, the pilot captures the essence of Diana Gabaldon's novel, setting a high bar for the remainder of the season. And then there's Jamie Fraser, played by the handsome Sam Heughan. He's irresistible even when he's covered with blood or getting his arm reset by our beautiful heroine, Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe). That's just the beginning of what we loved about this episode.
