The Cast of This Is Us Can't Even Handle Their Own Show

Despite the joyous moments on This Is Us, sometimes it seems that the entire show is created to make us sob. I'm honestly not sure if it will make you feel better or worse that even the cast can't watch the show without tearing up — and they're in it. Milo Ventimiglia, Sterling K. Brown, and Mandy Moore have all posted photos of their cry-faces after watching episodes. I don't know how they all cry so delicately and beautifully, but props to those flawless tears.
