The Weeknd Casually Vomits a Swarm of Bats in His "Call Out My Name" Video

The Weeknd dropped his highly-anticipated music video for "Call Out My Name" on Thursday, and honestly, I'm a little confused. Given the searing references about ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez in the track, I was expecting something along the lines of Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me a River" (oof, remember that one?). While the vibe is still pretty melancholic (like the title of the EP, My Dear Melancholy,), we instead see The Weeknd wandering through a deserted stage, street, and a desert. At one point, a ton of bats even fly out of his mouth. Hmm . . . I wonder if Selena has watched it yet.
