What happens when you ask a bunch of kids to tell the story of Christmas? Well, according to Southland Christian Church in Kentucky, you get a golf-cart donkey ride into Bethle-ha-ha-ham with some poorly wigged kings bringing baby Jesus a stuffed hippo, a pack of diapers, and a jug of milk.
Although the video – which has adults lip-syncing and acting out the tale as told by elementary-school-aged kids – was first posted three years ago, it's finding new, hilarious life this holiday season.
So, if you need a little refresher on how Mary got pregnant, or why a bunch of people decided to follow a random talking star, this retelling should do the trick. And, let's be honest: as funny as this is, these kiddos actually know the story really well!
