Let's be honest, if anyone was going to debut the cheeky sequined dress Tom Ford designed to honor Jay Z's song, it was going to be Beyoncé.

The star donned the infamous look, which Tom Ford recently talked about on Jimmy Kimmel, while performing in Cologne, Germany, yesterday. And while this isn't the first time she has worn Tom Ford (or even the first time she has referenced Jay Z's song about the designer), this may be our favorite Fall 2014 fashion moment yet.
