It's just like Ciara to walk the Billboard Music Awards red carpet in one leg slit — then take the stage in two. Seeing as the singer is playing host for the very first time, it definitely pays to be bold. Ciara changed out of her silver Philipp Plein number for a Michael Costello caped design that came complete with a leather belt, a flowing cape, and, oh yeah, a couple of slashes at the leg. But Ciara didn't shy away from working her sexy look. Instead she showed off her moves, letting her toned thighs peek through her dress and giving us a glimpse of her strappy DSquared2 heels.
