The style maven and designer stepped out in NYC wearing an outfit the cameras couldn't miss: skinny jeans, patent combat boots, pink aviator lenses, a miniature Dior pouch, and two artfully arranged pieces of outerwear. We know for sure Olivia's pink, furry cover-up is a vest, because she wore it that way during Fashion Week.
