Taylor Swift stopped by NPR to perform a Tiny Desk concert, and she wore the perfect Fall outfit to mark the occasion. While promoting her latest album, Lover, the 29-year-old star has been wearing a lot of pantsuits and blazers, marking one of her best style seasons yet. For the intimate live performance, Taylor opted for a Cinq à Sept plaid suit with a nod to the theme of her seventh album: small hearts and star patches woven onto the checkered print.

Taylor's stylist, Joseph Cassell Falconer, shared all the details of her look for the half-hour show, where she played acoustic versions of "The Man," "Death by a Thousand Cuts," "Lover," and "All Too Well." We plan on stealing her trick of wearing a velvet bodysuit under a blazer for Fall and Winter. Take a look at each of Taylor's pieces ahead, and watch her full performance if you haven't.
