Victoria Beckham wears her own designs all the time — often right off the runway. But when she debuted her Fall '16 line at New York Fashion Week, we didn't expect her to favor this particular look: a dark tweed set subtly stripped of its sophistication with a ragged hem. But ah, the mastermind that is Posh knew how to fix up her own creation — which was originally modeled with cutouts — for the red carpet.

The designer capped off her visit to Hong Kong at the amfAR Gala to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS. Of course, she stole the spotlight in her midi skirt and bustier, tweaked ever so slightly, as Victoria added another strip of material to her top.
