This Quick Do-Anywhere Workout Will Fire Up Your Butt and Legs in 5 Moves

In an Instagram video, she kills a quick, do-anywhere workout that doesn't require any other equipment than a makeshift box. Wherever you are, try this five-minute sequence that targets your butt and legs:

  1. Bulgarian box lunges (15 each side)
  2. Box jumps (12 times)
  3. Curtsy lunges (15 each side)
  4. Squat pulses (60 seconds)
  5. Calf raises (30 times, four to five rounds)
