Shake Shack is welcoming Spring with open arms by releasing a brand-new frozen treat: a cherry blossom milkshake! On March 20, the New York-based burger joint debuted the light-pink drink as a nod to Japan's famed sakura season. It combines vanilla custard with cherry-blossom-flavored sauce and features a hearty sprinkling of pink chocolate shavings on top. I mean, who wouldn't want to wash down their ShackBurger and cheesy crinkle-cut fries with a pretty, floral-inspired milkshake like this one?

This limited-edition sip joins a collection of other Shake Shack milkshake flavors, like chocolate, coffee, and caramel. So far, the cherry-blossom drink has received slightly mixed reviews, with one customer noting how it "tasted like medicine," but another happy visitor praising it as "reaaaally good."
