Virgin America Releases a New Menu, and It's Awesome

Today, Virgin America released its Summer menu that includes new partnerships with Dean & DeLuca and OneHope Wine (produced in partnership with Rob Mondavi Jr.). Beyond the amazing new menu items — beef bulgogi bibimbap for first class — the airline is also rolling out an "open tab" feature. The days of swiping every time you want to order a movie or food is over! Guests can keep the card on file and order to their heart's content throughout the flight without pulling out a card for each purchase.

OneHope 2013 Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon Wine

According to Virgin Airlines, "half of the profits from onboard sales [of the wine] will be donated to benefit women's heart health outreach and education."

Veggie Wrap

This yummy snack features "black rice, faro, and edamame dressed in a light and refreshing soy yuzu vinaigrette."

Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache Tart

Herb Roasted Chicken Salad With a Dijon-Tarragon Vinaigrette

Roast Beef Sandwich

This sandwich comes with cheddar on ciabatta bread.

Dean & DeLuca Snacks

Caramel popcorn, spicy Cajun snack mix, raw almonds, and gummi bears are the new snack offerings.

Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap

First class can enjoy this "bowl with marinated beef, julienned carrots, sautéed kale, and pickled watermelon radishes served on a bed of coconut jasmine rice and topped ​with ​a spicy gochujang sauce."

Arugula, Beet, and Orange Salad With Citrus-Mint Vinaigrette
