It seems like everywhere we look these days, Amy Schumer is popping up. The famed comedienne has just jumped from our TV screen to the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where she's just sold her turn-of-the-century co-op — and it's far from a train wreck. Turns out Amy has quite an eye for elegant, cozy design! The actress put the charming one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo on the market in early 2016. She originally asked $2.075 million before dropping the price down to $1.625 million to finally sell it; unfortunately for Amy, the sale price is about $70,000 less than what she paid for the house in 2014. While the home's celebrity owner was sure to be attractive to the buyer, we're betting the private rooftop garden (wow!) helped seal the deal. Check out all the delicious details below — and be warned: if you didn't want to grab a glass of wine with Amy before, you definitely will after you see her condo!

The brownstone was built at the turn of the century and resides in a prime part of the Upper West Side, near both Central Park and the Museum of Natural History.

The living room is perfect for a cozy girl's night in with its soaring ceilings, spacious 20-foot-wide layout, and wood-burning fireplace.

The oversized bedroom features a second wood-burning fireplace and is painted with luxe Farrow and Ball paint.

Amy's kitchen packs a powerful punch into a small space; it has a Wolf 4-burner range, two under-counter Sub-Zero refrigerators, beautiful cabinetry, and a Miele dishwasher. As if the appliances weren't enough, a skylight floods the room with natural light.

This winding staircase leads the way to the breathtaking private rooftop terrace.

Soaring over Manhattan is this secret oasis, complete with flowers, trees, and potted herbs. There are two decked seating areas, perfect for hangout sessions with BFFs like Jennifer Lawrence and watching the sunset – or sunrise after a night of partying.

Plenty of room for great books, like the one Amy just signed to pen her autobiography, with these fabulous built-in bookshelves!

The bathroom features a claw-foot tub and stylish black and white tile.
