This Brady Bunch Star Just Sold the Home She Bought When She Was 11 For a Crazy Profit

Eve Plumb (aka Jan Brady) recently sold the home she purchased when she was just 11 years old. The kicker? Eve paid $55,300 in 1969 for the modest-size Malibu, CA, home and just sold it for $3.9 million! While the three-bedroom home's interiors are a bit dated, its location is one of the most coveted in the area.
