19-Year-Old Chloë Grace Moretz Just Bought a $3.4 Million Mansion

Actress Chloë Grace Moretz, known for starring in films like Kick-Ass, Carrie, and the upcoming live-action The Little Mermaid, just took a big step: she purchased her first home. The 19-year-old outspent fellow teenage homeowner Kylie Jenner, dropping $3.4 million on a gated Spanish estate in the LA neighborhood of Studio City. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home is spread out over 5,592 square feet and includes luxurious touches, such as a gourmet kitchen, a huge master suite with double walk-in closets, a sitting area, a fireplace, and an oversize master bath with a Jacuzzi tub.
