J. Cole is giving back to his community with a house that's close to his heart. The rapper bought his childhood home in North Carolina that his mother had to foreclose on several years ago. He plans on transforming the space into a sanctuary for single mothers to live rent free. The house will go to a new family in need every two years.

Although the details on how this program will be facilitated still haven't been explained, it's safe to say that J. Cole has a huge heart. On the Combat Jack show, the star explained, "I want her kids to feel how I felt when we got to the house." Cole moved from place to place when he was younger, so when he and his mother finally settled into this home, it was a great comfort to him. Check out the 2014 Forest Hills Drive video that features the rapper's home.
