Kirsten Dunst is ready for new beginnings. The 34-year-old actress, who recently got engaged to fellow actor Jesse Plemons, just put her vintage SoHo penthouse on the market for $5 million. This comes three years after Dunst put her NYC home up for rental at $12,500 a month. According to 6sqft, the vintage loft was purchased back in 2007 and has a private elevator entrance, custom wood flooring, and exposed brick walls. If that weren't enough, the penthouse also has gorgeous views of both lower Manhattan and the Hudson River.
