The average teen is probably gearing up to move out of their college dorm and back home with their family, but Kylie Jenner is getting ready to part ways with her first multimillion-dollar mansion. The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan recently snagged her second home and has just listed her first "starter" mansion for $3.9 million, $1.2 million more than her original buying price.

Kylie made headlines last year when, at the age of 17, she purchased the Mediterranean-style Calabasas, CA, home for $2.7 million. Since moving into her first abode, the now-18-year-old has upgraded the property with more floor-plan space, a large outdoor lot, built-in storage, and an office, and let's not forget about that lavish glam room.
